COMPLETE SITE ANALYSIS AND PICTURES:
- Complete 360° photo documentation of area around the house.
- Pictures from the street showing house, house number, and where Service Entrance Section (SES) is located (if visible from front).
- Pictures of the SES and sub panels, if any, with dead front removed.
- On roof pictures of roof and obstructions, including any pre-existing roof damage that may already exist. This includes a roof evaluation where we check the underlayment and shingles for degridation.
- Picture documentation of roof pitch and azimuth.
- Complete mapping of roof surfaces
- Accurate measurements of roof planes
- Mapping of all roof obstructions
- Written documentation of all information gathered from site assessment
360° Mapping of ground area
- We take the time to completely walk around the property photographically documenting everything.
- All obstructions are photographed
- We do this to ensure that no additional trips are necessary if designs require equipment placement changes
Complete Pics of Service Entrance
- Distance pictures are taken to ensure PV equipment placement
- Meter picture documents both type of meter and Power Company
- Clear, full picture of opened Service documents breaker size and destination
- Removal of dead front shows wire size and if breaker is still in use
- Close up picture of main breaker shows type and size
Complete Roof Mapping
- Complete mapping of roof through pictures to document obstructions.
- Pictures taken from all corners of the house.
- Pictures taken from center point of house in 360°.
- All roof planes measured including pitch.
- All obstructions mapped with measurements.
Dioptra or Theodolite Roof Mapping
- 360° mapping of roof from center point of house.
- Roof pitch reading included.
- Direction of house from road reading included.
- Required by major solar leasing companies.
- Additional readings added upon request.
Solmetric Reports
- Complete Solmetric mapping of the of area.
- Points are noted on the Design Layout Sheet for your records and the finance companies’ records
- Complete Solmetric Shade Report including your companies logo, for customer presentation and finance companies records.
